The only good experience is with their sales personnel, [name removed by Sirelo].
The packing team was ok. They lost two major electronic items and several items were damaged during the shipment.
The insurance process so far has been a nightmare. The damage totaled $1567USD in value but the insurance offered only $180USD!
Totally unreasonable.

Die Vorbereitung mit FROESCH war sehr gut.
